Larry Coudenys

Extensive experience in performing 3rd party assessments and training programs to International Standards and successfully managing corporations to meet corporate growth, risk reduction and confidence to stakeholders involved.
During his career Mr. Coudenys was employed in roles including Vice President, Director for product Liability Internationally including countries of Canada, United States, England, Germany and France as well as Presidential roles in both Canada and the United States of America. Prior to auditing Mr. Coudenys has successfully developed, implemented and attained international recognition of systems development in standards relating to automotive, commercial, laboratory and environmental systems. In his capacity of performing audits, Mr. Coudenys has performed over 1100 audits in the automotive, commercial, environmental, laboratory and health & safety sectors allowing him to carry an extensive understanding of multiple industries and there application to risk reduction, cost improvements and shareholder value and stakeholder confidence. Mr. Coudenys has also developed training courses to meet RAB accreditation criteria as well as college acceptance for managerial programs.
Mr. Coudenys is also a qualified lead auditor in ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 17025: 2005 and has extensive experience as a trainer of management Systems for over 10 years.

Lindsay Coudenys
Marketing / Training Coordinator Auditor - Quality and Environmental Systems

Graduate of the Business Marketing and Business Administration Marketing programs.
Throughout her education Ms Coudenys has acquired extensive experience specifically within the health & safety and commercial sectors, working closely with well known Canadian companies. In her capacity of acquiring education, Ms Coudenys has also received recognition for advertising and business & event planning endeavors.
As the marketing coordinator, Ms Coudenys will be responsible for tasks such as collateral development, customer satisfaction analysis, attend and prepare materials for events, trade shows, seminars, etc., monitor communications strategy, coordinate training services, establishing direct communication channels with customers, among other tasks.
Ms. Coudenys has also acquired her ISO 9001:2008 Quality Systems Lead Auditor Course certification, her ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Lead Auditor Course certification and also her 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Lead Auditor Course certification. Ms Coudenys has conducted audits for Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems and has played key roles in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems. She has also worked closely with clients in the manufacturing industry to complete capability studies to demonstrate compliance and consistency to quality requirements.

Karen E. Hoy

Bachelor of Arts and Science Environmental Management - University of Toronto Environmental Management and Technology Post-Degree Diploma -Niagara College
During her career, Ms. Hoy was employed with two Engineering Consulting Firms in the position of Junior Technician and Project Manager. Ms. Hoy conducted over seventy-five (75) compliance audits in these positions, including being an auditor as well as leading the audit team and providing the technical review of the compliance audit reports and mentoring and qualifying the other auditors as a requirement of internal process. Ms. Hoy also has eight years experience in hazardous waste management, site remediation (Phase I through III), and management systems development.
Ms. Hoy is also a qualified lead auditor in ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, and ISO 9001:2008 and has extensive experience as a trainer of management Systems for over 10 years.

Rick White
Auditor/ Process Improvement Specialist

Canadian Institute of Management Certificate - University of Western Ontario Mechanical Engineering Technician Diploma - Conestoga College During his career, Mr. White has been employed in Quality, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering roles and worked as a change agent in multi-disciplined roles driving continuous and quality improvement initiatives in manufacturing environments. Mr White has extensive experience in process analysis for process improvement driving lean manufacturing methodologies, techniques and automation programming providing improved process performance.
During that time Mr. White has also played key roles in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems within the agricultural, forestry equipment & automotive industries and has performed over 100 audits of management systems. Mr White also played a key role in the Training of employees in the understanding of management systems as well as management of 1st party audit programs.
Mr White is a ISO 9001:2008 Lead auditor.

Samantha Coudenys
Health & Safety Specialist

Graduate of Brock University with a Bachelor's Of Public Health Degree (Honours).
Through her education she acquired skills pertaining to both the medical/scientific aspects of health as well as the field of health promotion. She was able to gain experience designing social marketing campaigns, media advocacy presentations, and working alongside Public Health.
In acquiring her degree Ms. Coudenys was able to design, plan, implement and evaluate workshops that were presented to first year health science students.
As the Health & Safety Specialist, Ms. Coudenys is responsible for document creation, office administration, and representing CMSI by attending Chamber of Commerce meetings and events. Ms. Coudenys is also responsible for the development of Health & Safety systems for CMSI and the development of Health Promotion activities for CMSI customers.
Ms. Coudenys has completed training in Standard First Aid with CPR C + AED and is in the process of acquiring OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Lead Auditor Certification. Ms. Coudenys has assisted clients in the manufacturing industry to
complete capability studies to demonstrate compliance and consistency to quality
requirements.
